Welcome to FcmTopUp. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. 1. Services Provided

FcmTopUp provides an automated platform for purchasing digital game credits, tokens, and social app currencies (e.g., Free Fire Diamonds, Chamet Tokens, Poppo Coins). Services are delivered via API upon successful payment.

2. User Responsibility

  • Accuracy of Information: When placing an order, the user is solely responsible for providing the correct Player ID, User ID, or Account ID.

  • Wrong ID Policy: If you provide an incorrect ID and the top-up is successfully delivered to that ID, FcmTopUp will not be held responsible, and no refund will be provided.

  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.

3. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations or API provider rate changes.

  • Payments are processed through third-party gateways (e.g., UddoktaPay). FcmTopUp is not responsible for any gateway-side delays or technical failures.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Our system is fully automated. Delivery typically occurs within seconds to minutes after payment confirmation.

  • In case of a server delay or API maintenance, delivery might take up to 24 hours. If you don’t receive your product within this timeframe, please contact our support.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds for Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital products, once an order is “Completed” or the top-up is sent, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Failed Orders: If a payment is successful but the system fails to deliver the product due to a technical error on our side, a full refund or manual delivery will be processed.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Users are prohibited from using any exploits, hacks, or automated scripts to interfere with the website’s functionality.

  • Any fraudulent payment or “chargeback” attempt will lead to a permanent ban of the user’s account and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

FcmTopUp shall not be liable for any issues arising from the game/app developers (e.g., account bans, service termination by Garena, Chamet, etc.). We only act as a top-up service provider.

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
